I am a 45 year old stay at home mom who loves to bake and run and read. I grew up with my mom making doll cakes for every birthday and loved them. I always imagined I would do the same for my daughter. I try to use the best quality ingredients I can find and I like a baking challenge. I am recently obsessed with Queen Elizabeth's hats and will more than likely start a cake series based on them. I will post pictures along the way and we will see how they progress!
